What is your return and exchange policy?

– We want happy customers! I always send your painting photo for your confirmation before shipment and then will ship it to you after you confirmed.So usually we don’t accept returned.If you don’t like the painting you received, you can return it in its original package and condition in 30 days on the receipt of it.but the shipping cost,taxt or other cost will be beared by you. Please contact sally@vip.163.com or sallylee2010@163.com.

Accept exchange:If you get a damaged products, I can ship you another one.

Lost & Damages.

We pack all paintings in strong pvc tube very carefully, normally it arrives safely. However, sometimes, it might arrive damaged, so, VERY IMPORTANT!

Please take photos of the broken package (every side of it) and damages on painting to me, Let me deal with courier companies and will arrange to deliver a new painting immediately.

Keep the damaged painting and the package until the problem is solved.
